We do not sell alcohol to individuals under the age of 18. Upon your first visit to our website, you must confirm that you are 18 or older. This confirmation will be required again just before the completion of any alcohol purchase.

All alcohol deliveries are marked with an ID-required label.

Our drivers, who are trained in ID verification, will request proof of

age if the recipient appears to be under 25.

The only acceptable forms of ID are:
• Any Valid Passport 

• Current NZ Drivers Licence
• HNZ 18+ Card

When receiving an alcohol delivery, the recipient must be present to accept the order. The recipient or another adult authorised by the recipient must also provide a valid ID that matches the name on the order. If the recipient is unable to provide a valid ID or appears to be intoxicated, the delivery will not be completed. The  delivery of the goods will strictly not be left on the doorstep. 

We will not deliver alcohol after 11pm at night or before 6am in the morning.

Our team is trained in the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act (SSAA) 2012 as we sell alcohol. They are fully aware of their responsibilities under the SSAA 2012. 

We promote responsible alcohol consumption. It is important to drink in moderation and be aware of the effects of alcohol. Excessive alcohol consumption can lead to health problems and impaired judgment. We encourage our customers to drink responsibly and to never drink and drive. We will not promote alcohol in an irresponsible manner.
